These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Rewired iOS app (the "App") and therewired.app (the "Website"), together the "Service." By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Rewired is a productivity and digital-wellness tool that uses Apple's Screen Time frameworks to shield apps, categories, and websites you select. To request temporary access, you complete an in-app challenge. Depending on the result, the App may grant a limited unlock period or apply a temporary lockout.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Rewired. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
Rewired does not currently require a user account. App settings, challenge history, onboarding answers, and Screen Time selection tokens are primarily stored locally on your device.
Some features require optional Apple permissions, including Screen Time, Notifications, and Camera access. You may deny or revoke a permission, but the related feature may not work. Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Challenges affect only temporary access to apps selected through Rewired. In-app minutes, multipliers, scores, unlocks, and lockouts are motivational features with no cash value. They cannot be purchased from, redeemed with, or transferred to another person, and Rewired does not award money or real-world prizes based on challenge outcomes.
Some challenges include skill-based or randomized outcomes. Closing the App or leaving an active attempt may resolve that attempt according to the rules shown in the App. You are responsible for reviewing a challenge's instructions before starting it.
Rewired may adjust, replace, add, or retire challenges and their rules to improve the Service, comply with platform requirements, or maintain a fair and functional experience.
You are responsible for selecting apps and websites safely. Do not block essential communication, health, transportation, authentication, work, school, or emergency resources that you may need immediately. Review Apple's Always Allowed settings and Rewired's emergency-access behavior before relying on the blocking feature.
Apple controls the underlying Screen Time frameworks. System limitations, permission changes, operating-system updates, device restarts, Focus settings, extension availability, or Apple service behavior may affect blocking and notification delivery.
The optional Push-Ups challenge uses the front camera and Apple's on-device Vision framework to estimate body pose and count repetitions. Use the feature only in a safe, clear area and stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort. The count is an automated estimate and may occasionally be incorrect.

If you submit feedback, ideas, or feature requests, you grant Rewired permission to use them without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission. Do not submit confidential information through feedback forms.
The Service, including its software, original artwork, branding, design, text, and proprietary logic, is owned by Rewired or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. Subject to these Terms, Rewired grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control.
Rewired is a productivity and self-improvement tool. It is not a medical device, diagnostic service, treatment, therapy, or substitute for professional medical or mental-health advice.
Estimates about screen time or time reclaimed are illustrative projections based on information you provide and are not guarantees of future outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Rewired does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect challenge detection, notification delivery, complete blocking against every workaround, or any particular reduction in screen time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rewired and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, missed communications, missed opportunities, or interruption arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service and may revise these Terms. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and provide additional notice when appropriate. Continued use after revised Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law in your location applies.
If any part of these Terms is held unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
These Terms are between you and Rewired, not Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it.
If the App fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any, as required by its terms and applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation regarding the App.
Rewired, not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims relating to the App, including product-liability, legal-compliance, consumer-protection, privacy, and intellectual-property claims.
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated as supporting terrorism and are not listed on a U.S. government restricted-party list. You must comply with applicable third-party terms. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
