By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to use the Service.

Rewired provides tools to reduce screen time through a gamified "Protocol." This includes tracking focus sessions, awarding "Brain Tokens," and utilizing Apple's Screen Time API to physically block distracting applications. We reserve the right to update, change, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using Rewired, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that you are not barred from receiving services under the laws of the United States or other applicable jurisdictions.
In compliance with state laws in Texas, Utah, Louisiana, and other jurisdictions requiring age verification for certain digital services, Rewired integrates with Apple's Declared Age Range API to verify user eligibility. This system confirms age compliance using information declared in your Apple ID account without requiring additional personal data collection.
To use the App, you must create an account via Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for:
Rewired uses Apple's ManagedSettings, FamilyControls, and DeviceActivity frameworks to enforce app limits. You acknowledge that Rewired receives only opaque tokens from Apple's system and cannot see your private usage statistics, which apps you select, or any personal content. The blocking is enforced entirely by iOS on your device.
Tokens earned in the app have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are intended solely for motivational purposes within the Rewired ecosystem.
Rewired offers an optional photo verification feature for certain habits. When you use this feature, you take a photo which is analyzed by OpenAI's Vision API to verify habit completion (e.g., confirming you are outdoors).
YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for ensuring that essential apps such as Phone, Messages, and any emergency services remain accessible while using Rewired's blocking features. Before activating the "Shield" (app blocking), you must add critical communication apps to your "Always Allowed" list via the App settings or iOS Settings > Screen Time > Always Allowed.
Rewired is not liable for any missed calls, messages, emergency alerts, or other critical communications that occur while app blocking is active. Use this feature responsibly.
Rewired is a productivity tool. We are not responsible for any missed notifications, messages, or calls that occur while the "Shield" (app blocking) is active.
Rewired requires a paid subscription for full access to the Protocol.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your subscription purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal Period: 14 days from the date of purchase.
How to Exercise: Since all purchases are processed through the Apple App Store, withdrawal requests must be submitted directly to Apple. You can request a refund through your Apple ID purchase history or by contacting Apple Support.
Effect of Withdrawal: Upon successful withdrawal through Apple, you will receive a full refund of the subscription amount. Access to premium features will be revoked upon processing of the refund.
Exception: If you have expressly consented to beginning the service immediately and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been fully provided, the right of withdrawal may not apply. By starting a subscription and using premium features, you acknowledge this consent.

All content, designs, and proprietary logic within the Service are owned by Rewired. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your personal iOS devices.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or that the app-blocking will be 100% effective against all system workarounds. You use the Service at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rewired and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or missed communications while app blocking is active.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law provisions. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence shall apply to the extent they provide greater protection. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service itself.
Rewired is designed for informational and self-improvement purposes only. The App is a productivity and digital wellness tool intended to help you build better habits and reduce screen time.
Rewired is not a medical or therapeutic device and should not be used as a substitute for professional mental health treatment, addiction counseling, or medical advice.
